We had an enjoyable stay at a lovely hotel in this beautiful, quiet neighborhood that was still within easy walking distance from the city center. The rooms had a luxurious feel with high ceilings and nice street views. The bar and restaurant had a warm ambiance and the staff were friendly. We particularly liked the location, which was close to Princes Street and traditional town house buildings. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the bar and restaurant. The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was good and we appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and shortbread biscuits in our well-stocked bedroom. It was a perfect base for our exploration of this city.
